- May 2021: A complaint was filed alleging that from November 2018 to January 2019 Arango made unsuitable recommendations and misrepresentations for investing in a structured product (Credit Suisse). The matter was settled for $6,500.
- April 2021: A customer dispute alleges that Arango engaged in unauthorized trading, made material misrepresentations, and recommended unsuitable investments. The claim was settled for $6,987.24.
- April 2021: A final customer dispute alleges that from September 2018 to January 2022 Arango made multiple misrepresentations related to a Credit Suisse Note. The matter was settled for $45,000.
