Our securities fraud lawyers at Meyer Wilson are currently investigating allegations against broker Craig Lansing Hayward (CRD# 2475334).
Craig Lansing Hayward has been a registered broker since 1994 when he first started with London Pacific Securities in Sacramento, California. In 2004, he moved on and became registered with Mid-Atlantic Capital.
According to his publicly-available BrokerCheck report, Hayward has had six customer complaints against him, two of which are pending.
The first complaint occurred in 2000 when Hayward was accused of misrepresenting and omitting material facts regarding an investment. The second occurred in the same year with another customer accusing Hayward of misrepresenting and omitting material facts. A third complaint in 2000 alleges Hayward committed fraud and engaged in misconduct, while also misrepresenting and omitting material facts. These complaints all occurred while Hayward was registered with London Pacific Securities.
More recently, Hayward was accused of recommending unsuitable investments to a customer. In 2015, he was accused of breaching his fiduciary duty, misrepresenting and omitting material facts in the sale of securities, and committing investment fraud. Earlier this year, a customer again alleged that Hayward breached his fiduciary duty and acted negligently.
