According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Wedbush Securities Inc. broker and investment adviser William M. Heiden (CRD# 2885156) has been the subject of multiple customer disputes, two of which are currently pending.
The first pending dispute was filed on October 19, 2015, and alleges that he took part in deceptive activities that included unauthorized and unsuitable trading, misrepresentation, omission of material fact, and falsifying documents. The customer is requesting $1.5 million in damages.
The second pending dispute was filed on March 23, 206, and alleges that Heiden engaged in unauthorized trading, and that the clients were alarmed at the margin debt that accumulated seeing as they did not intend to use the margin for trading purposes. The customer is requesting $200,000 in damages.
Heiden has been registered with Wedbush Securities Inc. based out of Newport Beach, CA since August of 2013. He was previously registered with Morgan Stanley and RBC Dain Rauscher Inc.
