Lisa Schaad is the Director of Client Development at Meyer Wilson. She joined the firm in March 2023, bringing a diverse background that makes her a unique asset to our team. With a history that spans the mortgage industry, brand strategy and market research at Fitch, Inc., and even time spent as an elementary school teacher, Lisa’s journey is a testament to her passion for people and the belief that everyone has a story worth hearing.
She understands the immense value of the human connection and brings this perspective to her work. Her dedication to excellence and client satisfaction is unwavering. Lisa takes customer service and relationship building to a whole new level, especially when it comes to our new clients.
Lisa is often the first person you’ll encounter at Meyer Wilson, and she takes this role very seriously. Her exceptional ability to treat potential new clients with compassion and empathy is a testament to her genuine care for those who have suffered from the misconduct of their financial advisors. She recognizes the physical and emotional toll that financial losses can inflict on our clients, and she takes the time to listen. Lisa is a passionate advocate for ensuring that if injustice has occurred, she promptly connects clients with our attorneys, allowing us to expedite the process of filing a claim to recover what they’ve lost.
Lisa’s journey to this point has been marked by a strong foundation in journalism and mass communications. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University, where she served as the editor-in-chief of their student magazine and held numerous positions on the student newspaper. Her experience also extends to roles as a copy editor at the Fort Myers News-Press and Visual Merchandising and Store Design magazine.
In her personal life, Lisa finds joy in attending concerts, delicious tacos, beach vacations, and getting lost in the pages of a good book. Her most cherished moments are spent with her two young adult children.
