The article was published in the most recent edition of the Ohio Division of Securities Quarterly Bulletin. The Division of Securities is a department under the Ohio Department of Commerce and administers and enforces the Ohio Securities Act. It licenses securities salespeople and the securities themselves, and when Ohio securities law is violated, the Division can pursue administrative and civil actions.
