Bio

Richard works in the firm’s Cleveland office and devotes his practice to personal injury and product liability mass tort litigation. He represents those who have been injured by dangerous drugs, medical devices, and chemicals. His current focus includes litigating cases for injuries attributable Zantac, paraquat, and hernia mesh.

Richard prides himself on fighting to hold manufacturers of defective products accountable when such manufacturers fail to prioritize consumer safety and well being. He cites the ability to help right the wrongs suffered by his clients as one of the most fulfilling aspects of his job.

Prior to joining Meyer Wilson, Richard served as In-House Counsel to a service disabled veteran owned federal construction contractor where he handled a variety of legal matters in the fields of construction and surety law.
