The securities fraud and arbitration lawyers at Meyer Wilson are currently investigating claims involving former Merrill Lynch financial advisor Molly K. Angelo.
Meyer Wilson is looking into claims involving a former financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, Molly K. Angelo (CRD# 1552444) that she converted customer funds. In her letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent, Angelo consented to FINRA’s entry of findings that she failed to provide requested documents and information in connection with the investigation.
The findings explained that FINRA was investigating allegations that Angelo converted customer funds. Failure to provide this type of information is a violation of FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010. Consequently, FINRA permanently barred Angelo from the securities industry.
Angelo was registered with Merrill Lynch in Huntersville, North Carolina from December 2008 until her termination from the brokerage in November 2014.
