LPL Financial LLC broker and investment adviser Erryn Barkett (CRD# 4102279) is currently the subject of one pending customer dispute, previously settled two customer disputes and was the subject of regulatory action.
The regulatory action, filed on November 30, 2015, was initiated by the Virginia State Corporation Commission, which alleged that Barkett sold unregistered and unsuitable securities, and omitted relevant material information during the course of those sales. He was required to pay $15,000 in restitution.
The first dispute was filed on February 13, 2014. The customer alleged that Barkett sold her a fraudulent structured product. She was granted $170,000 in damages.
The second dispute was filed on July 22, 2015, and led to the previously mentioned regulatory action. The customers alleged that Barkett sold seven unsuitable and unregistered securities. The customers were granted a total of $141,405.69 in damages over the course of six months. The first customer received $90,000 in damages on July 27, 2015, the second customer received $18,405.69 in damages on September 14, 2015 and the third customer received $33,000 in damages on December 2, 2015.
In the currently pending dispute filed on July 16, 2015, the customer alleged that Barkett sold them unsuitable and unregistered securities. They have requested $78,000 in damages.
Barkett is currently registered with LPL Financial LLC based out of Fincastle, VA. He was previously registered with:

- NFP Securities, Inc. based out of Fincastle, VA.
- AXA Advisors, LLC based out of Fincastle, VA.
