The securities fraud attorneys at Meyer Wilson have been retained by investors to pursue investment loss claims against Money Concepts, relating to alleged misconduct by broker Craig Sutherland of Columbus, Ohio.
FINRA suspended Sutherland for 15 days in January 2018 and sanctioned him to $5,000 in administrative and civil penalties for utilizing his personal email for communications with customers in connection with his securities activities.
Craig Sutherland has been employed with Money Concepts Capital Corp. since 1994. He has been the subject of ten customer disputes, three of which are currently pending.
