Meyer Wilson Principal, Courtney Werning, was invited to serve as an upcoming guest lecturer on securities arbitration at the University of Miami School of Law. Miami Law hosts an Investor Rights Clinic, staffed by second and third-year law students who represent under-served investors in securities arbitration claims against their brokers. Under faculty supervision, law students meet with potential clients, conduct a complete factual and legal investigation of their claims and explain what their legal options may be to pursue legitimate claims. Ms. Werning will be discussing how to investigate financial professionals and firms for case evaluation and legal strategy.
