Recent FINRA Arbitration Claim Against Hobert
Hobert is facing a customer-initiated FINRA arbitration claim seeking $100,000 in damages. The customer alleges that Hobert breached his fiduciary duties and made unsuitable investment recommendations, particularly in non-traded REITs, during his tenure with Centaurus Financial Inc. (FINRA Arbitration No. 24-01173, June 5, 2024).

Patrick Roland Hobert’s Investor Disclosures History
According to FINRA records, Hobert has been involved in fifteen other investor disputes related to his conduct with various securities broker-dealers.
One complaint, filed on February 4, 2014, involved a customer seeking $35,000 in damages, alleging unsuitable recommendations and misrepresentations concerning real estate securities while Hobert was with Centaurus Financial Inc.
On December 19, 2023, another customer filed a FINRA arbitration claim against Hobert, citing unsuitable recommendations in illiquid real estate securities (FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03450).
On January 8, 2024, a customer filed an investment-related complaint against Hobert, seeking $100,000 in damages, based on alleged unsuitable recommendations in corporate debt products.
Settled Arbitration Claims
Patrick Roland Hobert has been involved in several arbitration claims that were settled, including:
A case settled on December 28, 2023, involving allegations that Hobert recommended speculative and illiquid corporate bonds in March 2020, resulting in a settlement of $50,474.59 (FINRA Arbitration No. 22-01008).
A case was settled on January 8, 2024, for $50,500, based on allegations that Hobert made material misrepresentations about corporate bonds (FINRA Arbitration No. 23-01747).
Another case settled for $10,000, which alleged that he breached his fiduciary duties and provided unsuitable advice to a customer of Centaurus Financial Inc. (FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02484, January 8, 2024).
