Ben is a law clerk at Meyer Wilson and an integral part of the investor claims team. He is currently a student at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a valuable member of the Meyer Wilson team is nothing short of fascinating. With a diverse background that spans continents and professions, Ben brings a unique blend of experiences to his work.
In his capacity as a Law Clerk, Ben collaborates closely with Courtney Werning and David Meyer, where he plays a vital role in representing investors. His approach to his work is marked by unbridled enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail. What drives Ben in this role is the opportunity to harmoniously merge his three profound passions: aiding individuals, the intricacies of the law, and the dynamic realm of finance.
Prior to joining Meyer Wilson, Ben served in the British Army and is also a licensed attorney in Australia. Having additionally graduated from business school with an MBA specializing in finance, he had careers in law and finance in Australia before relocating his young family to the United States in 2018. Since relocating, he has worked in private practice in Denver and in securities dispute resolution for FINRA in Miami.
Ben’s global perspective and varied experiences have equipped him with the skills to navigate the complexities of securities litigation enabling him to better serve our clients at their time of need.
