Eric Paxton Neidermeyer (CRD# 1680870) has faced a series of serious allegations from customers. Four complaints have been settled and one is still pending. The four that settled all alleged that Neidermeyer engaged in unauthorized trading. Neidermeyer is currently a registered broker and has been employed with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in Portland, Oregon since October 2011.
The most recent customer dispute, received in October 2018 and still currently pending, alleges that Neidermeyer, in the course of working as a financial advisor, placed their funds into risky investments, and did not inform clients that the warrants could become worthless. The complaint concerns over-the-counter (OTC) equity trades, and alleged damages in excess of $641,000.
