According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Clinton Wilson’s BrokerCheck report reveals two significant investor complaints. The latest of these, filed in November 2023, is particularly troubling: it alleges fraudulent activity involving a DocuSign form and a wire transfer, with the client claiming damages of an alarming $4 million. This complaint is currently pending. Wilson has been registered with Raymond James out of Naples, Florida since 2000.
