Roderick Yzaguirre (CRD# 2484360), formerly registered as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, was recently the subject of multiple customer complaints involving serious allegations from Merrill Lynch customers. Meyer Wilson is currently investigating claims alleging that while Yzaguirre was working at Merrill Lynch, he misappropriated and stole money from his customers.
According to Yzaguirre’s FINRA report, between March 10, 2015 and April 17, 2015, he became the subject of eight new customer disputes. Seven of those complaints allege that Yzaguirre misappropriated customer funds. Yzaguirre’s FINRA report shows that Merrill Lynch paid more than $3.3 million to the customers to settle these disputes. Yzaguirre voluntarily resigned from Merrill Lynch on March 2, 2015.
