A FINRA arbitration panel in Cleveland, Ohio ordered Primesolutions Securities, Inc. and owner/president Victor L. Bull to pay full damages and costs in excess of $100,000 to two investors who were represented by Meyer Wilson Werning (FINRA Case ID 14-01186). The decision was unanimous.
